2011 Hamilton Veterinary Hospital Holiday Photo Contest Rules
1. Photo Entries have closed. To vote, send your choices of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and Honorable mention to this e-mail hvhguest@optonline.net or you can call the office at 609-888-3400 and one of our staff members will record your votes and finally you can stop by and fill out a voting slip which will be placed in a voting box. Voting will end this friday Dec 23. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail on Monday Dec 26th. The staff of HVH would like to say to all of our furry patients and owners " Your all winners in our book". Staff of HVH would like to wish you the very best this holiday season.
2. You can submit more than one pet for the contest. Please supply us with your pet’s name, your full name with an e-mail address and phone number to hvhguest@optonline.net .
3. The size of the photo should only be 1024 X 746 in a jpeg format. If this is not feasible once the photo is received it will be adjusted to suit the requirements. This may reduce the quality of the photo. Photos will be posted on our website and also in our waiting room. Any photo submitted with persons under the age of 18 a letter of permission to post it on our website and in our waiting room from a supervising adult.
4. Voting will begin on Monday, Dec 19h and will end on Friday Dec 23. No votes will count until that time. Please have your friends and family join in and vote between those dates.
5. Winners will be drawn on Friday 23 of Dec. 2011 There will be 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place 4th place and honorable mention. If there are multiple pets from one family entered; only one pet is eligible to win. You will be notified by e-mail or by telephone.
6. Winners will receive a gift certificate to a local restaurant.
